Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

01. Important:

Our Return and Refund Policy lasts 15 days of delivery.
We will happy to replace the items if:
Item is flawed, detective, damaged or missing
The quality of printing is poor
The final product is different from the product presented on the site

02. Information Requirements:

We requires the photo of the product damaged, false or missing, your order number and email used to place the order.
We do not accept refund and return if:
The item(s) has been used or damaged
The item(s) delivered with correct type, size and color
*Please note that customer are responsible for return shipping rate.

03. Return Process:

We review claims and check proofs within 72 business hours.
After determining that the order will be exchanged, we will sent to you a new order confirmation that will allow you to track and follow the progress of your exchange or return.
Replacement orders will be processed within 5-10 days business days based on your payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify that we received your return through email.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

04. Late or missing refund:

Please check your account and contact your bank. Refund is often processing 3-5 business days, before a refund is posted.
